Team Profiling Session

In the profiling session, we use the Strenghts Preference Indicator to make the individual preference structures of your team members visible and show you how to address and win over stakeholders in a more targeted manner.

With the Profiling Session you will learn to better understand and use the complex interplay of different preferences of each person (in areas such as creativity, leadership, control, information processing and decision making, among others).
Included services:
- Individual profiling result per participant
- 30-page evaluation with specific comments
- Group debriefing with interactive explanation of the results
- Discussion of classic scenarios and “traps”
- Presentation of the group result (compared to control groups, if applicable)
- Derivation of possible measures
