The venerable halls of Hofburg formed the framework for the 17th IT & Consultant Day of the WKO. Under this year’s motto “Consulting the Consultants” one could get impulses for exciting and new approaches around management consulting, IT and innovation in numerous lectures. One of these impulses was our kickworkx “Intrapreneurship as-a-service” approach, which met with great interest. In a tension arc, we were able to illuminate our experiences and approaches from the basic potential for ideas and the major hurdles for transformation and innovation in established companies through the identification and motivation of idea generators to the proven kickworkx solution for transformation and innovation as-a-service.
